Public Administrator of the Year Award Criteria

The committee used the following criteria to select the winner of the CenTex Chapter of ASPA's Public Administrator of the Year Award in 2000.

1) length of public service;

2) accomplishments throughout tenure;

3) significance/impact of accomplishments within agency/organization and on the service provided by the agency/organization;

4) service/leadership in professional organizations and contribution to the development of other public service professionals;

5) demonstration of creativity/consensus building/public service.
