CENTEX APT General Information and Meetings
The Central Texas Chapter of the Association of Psychological Type is a group
of people - both practitioners and people just interested in psychological type - who
come together to share insights and knowledge.
Psychological type is based on the work of Carl Jung. Applications of type
includes the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and Temperment Theory.
We have two types of meetings (see below) and we publish a newsletter
("Talking Type") to keep the membership up to date regarding the location
of meetings and the topics.
If you would like to become a member, local dues are $15 a year if
you are not a member of the national association (APT), and $10 if you
are a member of APT. A membership form is included on this site.
Meetings
The chapter holds two types of meetings:
"Regular" meetings are held four times a year (February, May,
September, November) with presentations on type-related topics.
Locations vary, so check here often for the exact
time and place.
Brown bag lunches are held on the third Tuesday of each month.
The location is the Yarbrough Branch Library, 2200 Hancock Dr. If you   are interested in meeting others who appreciate and use Type in both
their personal and professional lives, you are encouraged to attend these lunch
time meetings.
