Alliance Association Management drives through the
neighborhood twice a month looking for Deed Restriction violations. Alliance then sends notices to anyone with a
violation. The Board has instituted the
following fine policy effective immediately that Alliance Association
Management will be following for Deed Restriction Violations:
Three
notices will go out without any associated fines, the fourth notice will
include a fine of $25, the fifth notice will include a fine of $50, and the
sixth and any subsequent notices will include a fine of $100. Please note that the notices do not have to
be consecutive to be fined. For
example, if your trashcan is left in view during the first drive through in
March, again for both drives through in June. The next drive through your trashcan is left in view a fine of $25
will be issued.
We
are hopeful that everyone will follow the Deed Restrictions and CCHOA will not
need to fine anyone.
