Dear Classmates:
We had a dinner on the 8th of November 02 at the Interurban Restaurant in downtown Tulsa.
Everyone in attendance had a good time. Those attending were:
Jo Ann (Perry) and Bill Huffman, Richard and Laurene Howser, Ruth (Harvey) and John
Kirkpatrick, Betty (Sage) and Glen Smith, Bill and Nancy Allen, Bob and Dorthy Hensley,
Patty Borofsky and sister Beverly Gilbert, Beryl and Lydia Ford, Jerry and Donna Carman,
Virgie (Bittle) Tucker, Ruth Justus, Bonnie Monson, Roger and Laura Swift,
Jeannie (Redden) Paul, Rhoda Bailey, Deena Clements, and Riley and Becky Sue Foyil.
Jeannie (Paul) gave a report on where we are going to have our 60th Reunion. It is
going to be at the Adams Mark Hotel, 100 E. 2nd St, in downtown Tulsa on 20 September
2003. Details will be in our next newsletter.
Our Classmate Ed Borofsky lost his battle with cancer and went on to be with his Lord on
25 October 02. Eddie attended all the Class functions, luncheons, dinners, etc.,
faithfully with his lovely wife Patty. They always made a special effort, driving
over from Rogers, Arkansas to attend. He will be missed! Ed told Patty to be
sure and attend our luncheons and dinners even after he was gone and keep in touch with
his classmates. Patty and her sister Beverly Gilbert attended the dinner.
Everyone was really glad that she and her sister came.
Our luncheon on 6 November was well attended with 15 present. Ruth and John
Kirkpatrick drove down from Grand Lake to attend both the luncheon and dinner.
