A free service that includes: autoresponders, forwarding, multiple POP, filters, blocking, color schemes, address book/contact management and more.
HotMail
A free Email service that you access on the Web. No spcial Email software needed. (Now owned by Microsoft.)
Juno
Free Internet Email Service. Requires you to download their free software. You can even access Internet Email without having an Internet account.
MailCity
Free Internet Email Service. Requires you to download their free software. You can even access Internet Email without having an Internet account.
NetAddress
A free Email service that you access on the Web. No special Email software needed.
RocketMail - YahooMail
A free Email service that you access on the Web. No special Email software needed.
X Networks
Offers free anonymous Email accounts to anyone.
Free Email Forwarding Services
Bigfoot
Their primary service is white pages ( people finder) directory listings, but they also offer a free Email forwarding and filtering service.
NetForward
FREE, permanent, portable Email service. With a NetForward address, you will never go through the hassles of changing your address with your friends and family, business associates, and mailing lists or reprinting business stock and catlogs again. Warning! It is likely that users of this service are added to junk mail lists.
PlanetAll
More than just a forwarding service, PlanetAll allows you to post other information about you and have it automatically forwarded to freiends or business contacts using the service. You can; announce a postal address change, publish your travel schedule, get birthday reminders, announce a job change, and much more.
Post One
This service is similar to the above NetForward, but they charge. They clearly state that you will not be placed on mailing lists.
