We had a great time and a nice turnout at our first Neighborhood Association Holiday Party. We shared desserts and stories, had a lot of fun with the white elephant gift exchange, had free caricatures drawn by Lisa Schneider, and enjoyed a little musical jam by Billy Goerdt, Francis McGrath, Eric Vormelker, and Lisa Schneider. Thanks to Bridget Patke for leading the gift exchange! And special, on-going thanks to Fred Daughtry and the Skyview Baptist Church for their on-going generous support of our neighborhood and this association by offering meeting space, newsletter production, and fresh, hot coffee at every meeting:-) Thanks also to everyone who came to the party for helping to make it such a warm, friendly, and memorable occasion. May it be the first of many such occasions to come!
