We had a very short meeting no quorum

·        Discuss traffic issues

·        Newsletter

·        Mailbox key problem – no Treasurer’s report

·        Vegetation removed by the City on Braker Ln

·        Signs for entrance issue tabled until landscape is completed

·        Suggestions to have a Christmas yard decoration contest, or just have a sign to award to a resident with a nice yard

·        Next fall we would like to discuss caroling and x-mas decorations contest and prizes for  x-mas 2003

·        Suggestion to have a parade in July 2003

·        Unsure when the next meeting will be.  Tentatively it was set for Jan 28, 2003 at 6:30 at Maria’s house.  Pending Jessica’s approval.
