BYLAWS

 

NORTH PARK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION CITY OF AUSTIN,TRAVIS COUNTY,TEXAS

 

ARTTICLE I - NAME

 

The name of this organization shall be the North Park Estates Home Owners Association. a non-profit organization hereinafter referred to as the association.

This association is inclusive but not limited to the subdivision of North Park Estates.

 

ARTICLE II - PURPOSE

 

 

The purpose of the association is to seek to improve the quality of home-ownership and property value in the neighborhood in matters such as land use, environmental protection, public services, consumer protection, represent the membership at City, of Austin and other government agency meetings, and other matters of neighborhood concerns.

 

ARTI.CLE III - OBJECTIVES

 

 

1. Represent and advance the interests of the residents in the neighborhood.

 

2. Keep all residents informed of issues vital to the neighborhood by appropriate communications and meetings.

 

3. Establish Standing and Ad-Hoc committees to investigate and make recommendations to the association on all matters of neighborhood concern.

 

4. Seek the maintenance and improvement of all structures by residents and absentee home owners.

 

5. Establish mutual protection and safety within our area, using programs developed by The City of Austin and Travis County governments.

 

6. Facilitate the education of residents regarding all

available options open to them relating to the problems of home ownership, zoning rights, etc.

 

7. Work toward development and preservation of natural green spaces, parks, landscaping and general land use management.

 

ARTICLE IV - MEMBERSHIP

 

Section 1: Eligibility- The membership shall consist of all land owners and residents within our established boundary who are in good standing. A member in good standing shall be one who abides by the rules and regulations adopted by this association and whose dues are paid UP and current.
