Dorine Inez Clark of Mahomet, TX passed away on July 14, 2014 at the age of 94. Dorine was born February 12, 1920 in her home in Lincoln County, Colorado to Dave and Della Hawkins. Prior to becoming a wife and mother, she was a switchboard operator in Andice, TX, until she married Alvin Allen Clark on October 15, 1949. They lived on the home place in Mahomet where they raised their two sons Allen and Craig. She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin, her brother David Carroll Hawkins, and her sister Wanda Hawkins Farr. Dorine is survived by her sons, Allen Clark, Craig Clark, and wife Renee, as well as three grandchildren, Kristin Clark, Lauren Clark, and John Clark.
A service was held at Mahomet Christian Church, John Davenport Pastor, on Thursday 7/17/2014 at 10AM followed by burial at the Mahomet Cemetery.
