The primary purpose of the J.J. Seabrook Neighborhoood Assn. is to organize, preserve, protect, enhance and continue to improve the residential neighborhood and quality of life within our boundaries. The Assn. will primarily address issues of encroachment, planning, growth management, and environmental concerns within, and with areas that cross our boundaries or threaten the neighborhood or otherwise are of concern to more than one of our neighbors. The Association will also work to enhance our residential influence on governmental and other bodies or persons in matters of mutual interest and to address matters of common interest to neighborhood residents, businesses and other persons and or other bodies having mutual concerns.
