TM = Toastmaster

GE = General Evaluator

The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

Please remember, if you cannot fulfill your assignment it is your responsibility to find a replacement and inform the Toastmaster.

For each meeting, the Toastmaster determines theme and communicates it to all participants. TM introduces GR, TI, Speakers, and TT during meeting, so their introductory comments are sent directly to TM.

The GE introduces Evaluators, so Evaluators send introductory comments to GE.

Evaluators contact speakers to confer before the meeting. Review meeting roles online or in basic manual if there are any questions.
