AIR-Austin Chair Steve Guengerich presented the awards to the Rally winners as part of the "New Austin" panel at ChariTECH. To arrive at the winners, AIR-Austin's panel of distinguished judges spent all day Sunday perusing the newly built web sites. They used BOBBY and other evaluation tools to look at accessibility, aesthetic appeal, and effective communication of mission.

Many of the groups that had participated in AIR-Austin had booths at ChariTECH, so there were plenty of notes compared and a chance to catch up on all the creative and ACCESSIBLE work that had been done by everyone! |
The excitement of the Rally carried over as teams reunited to enjoy a day of music and inspiration. ChariTECH was a great opportunity to share experiences and visit with community groups that provide such a wide array of invaluable services to the Central Texas community. |
